Prices and Payment
(1) Our prices include statutory VAT, but are net of possible shipping costs. Any customs duties and similar public charges shall be borne by the Customer.
(2) The Customer can make the payment using the following methods of payment: PayPal or a credit card (Stripe).
(3) Payment of the purchase price is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract. If the due date of the payment is determined according to the calendar, then the Customer is in default once the deadline has passed.
(4) The Customer shall have no right of set-off or retention, except to the extent that the counterclaim has not been disputed by us or been determined by a final and binding decision.
(5) No refund shall be given for any digital products (courses, videos, texts, e-books, other materials), as well as for group or individual coaching sessions be they via audio, video or physical meetings.
